History

In 1993 J. Thomas Andrew CP left his post of 14 years as Director of Prosthetics for the MedArts Division of Iomed, Inc., developers of the Utah Artificial Arm, and started Ability Prosthetic Systems. In the years since, Ability Prosthetic has grown from a one man operation to a very successful small business with seven full time employees, housed in a beautiful state-of-the art 4000 square foot facility near downtown Salt Lake City. Ability Prosthetic has produced hundreds of limbs for patients throughout North America. We are continually seeking better ways to help people in need of our expertise.
